Huge Congratulations to our Strength & Conditioning Coach and Senior Player @albertfronek on his recent success with his @czech_rugby_sevens team for the 2024 Rugby Europe Trophy Series. Through two finals, they won the series outright and Albert and his team will now be promoted to the Championship Series. It’s such a wonderful achievement. 7s & 10s are so beneficial for the XV game and we are just delighted to have you back Albert as you work so hard to employ your skill set to our Senior and Youths Squads for the season ahead.
