Huge Shout about to all our Mini’s for a fantastic Morning’s Rugby in the Club yesterday morning. An extraordinary group of young players, we are so proud of you all. Our visiting teams were fantastic and the future of Club @irishrugby is very bright indeed. Well done to all.
First Picture is of our U9s taking a well earned break between games.
See below blitz report from our Mini’s Co-ordinator extraordinaire Eamonn Dawson. Thanks Eamonn. You always do a super job.
“Fantastic morning in the club where the Minis welcomed our visitors over around 550 kids (including parents , Grandparents and siblings bringing the numbers in attendance to well over 1400 from Fermoy , Cashel, Tramore and Dungarvan ,
kids at U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, and U12 , played some amazing Rugby .
Feedback from all our visiting club coordinators was great.
A special thanks must go out to Alasdair Morris who provided First Aid coverage and Tom Fennessy who was on Choir ticket sales and my other two fellow choir members Bill O’Gorman and Donal Boyle who went way and above the call of duty , providing security , parking and general help which was desperately needed .
Well Done also to our small army of amazing coaches who did us proud as always .
Also a big shout to Boston Scientific who kindly allowed us to park around 100 cars in their car park , which was essential for safety due to the road works on the Cashel Rd , great community spirit and engagement on their behalf and of course, last but not least all our Minis support team who helped tirelessly to supply our famous Clonmel club hospitality , feeding the multitudes with teas , coffees , food and treats .
Thank you all.
