Our U10s had a great training session this morning on the High School 4G pitch.
The team practised their rucking, tackling and passing under the watchful eyes of our coaches.
We finished with some very competitive matches where the players impressed with effort and skill.

Next Saturday, we host Monkstown RFC U10s for a match before performing a Guard of Honour in advance of our 1st XV’s Energia AIL Fixture.
On Sunday, we travel to Thurles RFC for our latest East Munster Blitz.
